Holistic Health and Wellness sessions combine functional nutrition advice with lifestyle strategy, including implementation, assistance with meal planning and shopping, advice on exercise and emotional well-being.
Many of our patients use these sessions to develop a lifestyle plan with their functional nutritionist and/or a health coach. As patients start to work with their practitioner team, they develop a step-by-step plan, and learn how to be active and engaged in their care.
You do not need a physician referral for Holistic Health and Wellness sessions. Our practitioners may request that you answer a series of questions to help them better understand your unique metabolic needs, exercise and sleep patterns, and readiness for change.
